The event is scheduled for 4th February 2024 . Timings of the event will be published closer to the race day.
The cut off time
- Full Marathon - 6 hrs
- Half Marathon - 3 hrs 30 mins
- 10K - 1 hr 30 mins
- 5K - 45 mins
Only online registrations are possible. Please be advised that only one email ID is permissible for each registration. You can register from Click2Race and you can pay through credit card/debit card/netbanking/PayU wallet.

The fee covers entry to the event, BIB with timing chip, complimentary race day t-shirt, finisher medal and hot breakfast.
All the registered participants will get the same race kit with the same contents.
There are no manual registrations for the event.
- Applicants for 42K & 21K must be the age of 18years as on 4thFebruary 2024.
- Applicants for 10K must be the age of 14 years as on 4thFebruary 2024.
- Applicants for 5K must be the age of 6 years as on 4thFebruary 2024.
We may close the registrations early if all our slots are filled. However, on most occasions it is one month before the race day. We request you to register early and not wait till the end. We will announce the dates on our Website, Facebook page and other Social media.
Registration is non-transferable and the amount is non-refundable.
Yes, you can before 30 days of the event. If you have to upgrade the category you will have to pay the difference amount and for the downgrade of the category partial refund will not be done.
No, you will not be able to change the category.

Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 10 working days. However, please email us to support@kolkatafullmarathon.com
A You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
*The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
*The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
*The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
